Recipe: Rigatoni all'amatriciana - Ingredients for 2 people: Rigatoni 200g, Mutti Peeled Tomatoes 400g, Pork cheek (Guanciale) 100g, 1 chilli pepper, 1/2 glass of white wine, 2 tbsp of grated Pecorino Romano cheese, Salt and pepper. Method: Cook guanciale until crispy, deglaze with wine, add crushed tomatoes and chilli, simmer, then combine with cooked pasta and cheese.
