Preparation and Usage: Our Midwives' Top Tip: For extra cooling relief, keep the bottle in the fridge. How to Use: Can be sprayed directly onto the vulva, perineum and intimate areas or a maternity pad. If you've had a C-Section, you can also use it directly onto the wound once the dressing has been removed and the normal healing process has begun. Make sure you don't soak the area and always let it air dry. Re-apply as often as you need to.
