Fromagerie Dongé is a third-generation, family-run dairy based in the Meuse region of France. Renowned as one of the very few producers still making Brie de Meaux using traditional methods, Dongé works closely with local farmers and continues to hand-ladle each cheese to preserve its authentic character.
Their brie is celebrated for its rich, complex flavour - creamy and buttery with notes of mushroom, hazelnut, and fresh cream - embodying the true taste of artisanal French cheesemaking.
