xFrom June, we source Swiss Chard directly from Mantas, a small-scale grower in Norfolk. Mantas grows outdoors and picks the meaty leaves to order, sending them to us the same day for unrivalled freshness.
By December, when temperatures drop in the UK, we move to the milder climate of Italy. Always cultivated on farms with minimal intervention, and allowed to grow slowly so that it develops crisp white stalks and very dark green leaves.
