Use Natoora Smoked Burrata to elevate antipasti platters or add creaminess to pasta dishes. This premium cheese is crafted from cow's milk and naturally wood smoked for a deep flavour. Sourced from a family-owned dairy in Puglia, Italy.
Life 3d+ Product life guaranteed for 3 days excluding delivery day.
Natoora Smoked Burrata is made from the flavourful milk of cows grazing the semi-wild plateau of the Parco della Murgia. It is then naturally wood smoked to deepen and intensify its taste.
We source our burrata from Caseificio Fratelli Capurso, a dairy in Puglia's Gioia del Colle. Founded almost a century ago, the dairy remains a family business.
Take it further: Serve simply with olive oil, toasted bread and black pepper as an accompaniment. A great side for a BBQ, alongside grilled or roasted vegetables, as part of a picnic. Add to plain pasta, off the heat, for effortless class.
Natoora's radical approach to seasonal sourcing is shaping the future of food: We don't work with industrial agriculture or large wholesalers; we work closely with growers who are preserving vital flavours through meaningful small farming; we back these growers to build a better future for food, rooted in small scale, sustainable agriculture that gives back to our planet.
