The tranquility candle includes English lavender, Sweet Basil and Jasmine. Each candle contains 14-18ml of pure essential oils to help you relax and prepare for a deeper night's sleep.
How to Use: Light this candle 20 minutes before bed to allow the fragrance to fill the room. Meanwhile, soak in a warm bath with the Perfect Night's Sleep Bath & Shower Drops or Bath Foam and use the Pillow Mist for maximum quality and quantity of zzz's. How to use- Light for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4, by then you will have breathed in the optimum amount of potent scent. Trim wick to about 1cm before lighting.
