- Hand Wash: Massage with water to lather up for clean hands. Best followed with Hand Lotion
- Hand Lotion: Apply to clean dry hands throughout the day. To help calm the mind, cup your hands around your nose and mouth and breathe deeply
- Pillow Mist: Spritz two pumps of Restful Sleep Pillow Mist into the air, or directly onto linens from a distance of around 30cm. For best results, use immediately prior to rest or sleep
