Ideal for healthier cooking, the pans release food so easily that little or no added fat is required. The exterior of the pan has a gleaming, mirror-polished finish.
3-ply stainless steel is made using the latest multi-layering technology where stainless steel and aluminium are bonded together to form the special 3-ply material. A core of aluminium is sandwiched between two layers of premium-grade stainless steel cleverly combining the cooking benefits of both materials. The aluminium stretches from base to rim, meaning heat spreads evenly and gently throughout the entire pan, not just the base.
Suitable for all types of hob, including induction, the pan is also oven safe to 260°C and dishwasher safe.

After dishwasher use, season the pan with oil (vegetable or rapeseed) to recondition the pan, suitable for all hob types, including induction.
Care instructions: Read the appropriate instructions that will come with your item. Remove all packaging and labels. Wash the pan in hot, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. For any interior with a non-stick cooking surface, rub a film of vegetable, rapeseed, or sunflower oil with kitchen paper towel. Rinse with hot water and dry thoroughly. These oils are also best for cooking with. Medium or low heat will provide the best results for cooking, including frying and searing. Silicone tools or wooden/heat resistant plastic tools are recommended. For best results, use an appropriately sized hob ring for even cooking and to reduce the risk of damage to the product. Never drag your product across a glass surface. Always lift to move to prevent damage. Oven and grill safe up to 260°C. Allow a minimum distance of 6.5cm when grilling. Always use oven gloves when handling hot products. Allow product to cool before cleaning. Clean with non-abrasive washing tools. Freezer compatible and dishwasher safe, handwash recommended.
