xNordés Gin was created by three friends as a celebration of its native land, Galicia. It is made through a slow and careful process, incorporating wine alcohol from the Albariño grape.
The gin uses 11 botanicals, with 6 native to Galicia: bay leaf, lemon verbena, peppermint, eucalyptus, sage, and glasswort, and 5 others sourced overseas: juniper, cardamom, ginger, black tea, and hibiscus flower.
Tasting notes include aromatic hints of white fruit, balsamic notes of mint, eucalyptus, and bay leaf, with a touch of juniper. It is fresh and fruity on the palate.
For serving, mix 5cl of Nordés with 20cl of natural tonic water over ice, garnished with white grapes. It is also ideal for cocktails like Negroni or Gin Fizz.
Store in a cool dry area. Bottle size is 70cl with 40% alcohol by volume.
