Cooking instructions: other. To pan fry from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Allow steaks to reach room temperature. Rub with 5ml of vegetable oil and season with pinch of salt and pepper. Preheat frying pan to a medium heat. During cooking: For best results, the pan must be hot. Cook for 12 minutes, turning every 2 minutes. After cooking: Allow to rest out of the pan for 4 minutes, loosely covered with foil before serving. Check food is piping hot.
