We craft all Northern Pasta at our small but mighty Pasta HQ in Cumbria, with our signature blend of regeneratively grown British Spelt. We use Bronze Dies to give our pasta it's incredible texture & dry it slowly at low temperatures to enhance the delicious nutty flavour & take care of the high-quality ingredients we use. 450g Bag.

Follow the pack instructions, but don't forget to taste along the way for that perfect al dente bite (our pasta cooks quicker than most, so stay sharp!). Save a splash of that starchy cooking water to elevate your sauce. Toss, serve, and enjoy pasta perfection every time!
