We naturally smoke them over beechwood chips before slicing as thinly as possible, to bring you deliciously crisp American Style Bacon with Irish Style quality!

Cooking instructions: Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat. Remove all packaging. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Storage: Keep refrigerated below 4°C at the bottom of the fridge. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days and by date shown. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly at the bottom of the fridge before use and use within 24 hours. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
