Cooking guidelines: Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods. For best results, pan fry. Pan Fry: Medium: 8-10 mins, Well done: 10-12 mins. 1. Preheat pan on high. 2. Lightly oil the pan and season the steaks. 3. Place the steaks into the pan and cook for one minute each side, reduce the heat to medium and continue to cook for the recommend time. 4. Turn throughout cooking. Grill: Medium / High heat: Medium: 10-12 mins, Well done: 13-15 mins. 1. Preheat grill to medium / high and season the steaks. 2. Place the steaks under the grill for the recommend time, turning occasionally. 3. Turn throughout cooking. All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
