These Red Tractor-certified chicken breast fillets are the perfect staple to keep in your fridge or freezer, as they're simple to cook and are an easy main for many of your favourite dishes. Once cooked, serve up hot or cold with fresh vegetables and salads, slice or stuff into sandwiches and pittas, or shred and stir through pasta and stir-fry dishes.
Our Ocado chickens live in barns that have natural daylight with bales and perches so that they can express their natural behaviour.
There may be a slight odour on opening, which will quickly disappear. This is normal and does not affect the quality or flavour of the chicken.

Storage: Keep refrigerated 0 to +4°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 1 day. Do not exceed the Use By date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted and consume within 1 day.
Cooking guidelines: Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw poultry. Keep raw poultry separate from cooked foods. Oven: 190ºC / Fan 170ºC / Gas 5 35-40 mins. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven for 35-40 mins. Turn half way through cooking time and return to the oven. Cook to the recommended time. Air fryer: Suitable for cooking in an air fryer however, as all fryers work slightly differently, please refer to your specific manufacture's recommendations for cooking method, times and temperatures. All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. All chicken products should be cooked thoroughly, until there is no pink meat and the juices run clear. Ensure the product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
