Cooking guidelines: Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods. For best results, pan fry. Pan Fry Medium: 8-10 mins Well done: 10-12 mins 1. Preheat pan on high. 2. Lightly oil the pan and season the steaks. 3. Place the steaks into the pan and cook for one minute each side, reduce the heat to medium and continue to cook for the recommend time. 4. Turn throughout cooking. Grill: Medium / High heat Medium: 10-12 mins Well done: 13-15 mins 1. Preheat grill to medium / high and season the steaks. 2.
