Our gluten free quarter pounder beef burgers are ground from selected beef cuts and are carefully blended and seasoned to give you a burger that's juicy, moist and full of flavour. Serve alongside fresh mixed salads, corn on the cob and roasted sweet potatoes.
We work closely with all of our producers and processors to ensure the highest quality. All Ocado beef is sourced from Farm Assured farms in the UK and Ireland, reared to high standards of animal welfare, husbandry and environmental initiatives. Ocado beef only comes from prime beef animals. Produced and packed in the UK using British or Irish beef.

Keep refrigerated 0 to +5ºC. Once opened, use immediately. Do not exceed the Use By date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on or before Use By date. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and consume on day of defrosting. Do not refreeze.
Cooking Instructions: Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods. Grill: Medium heat 18 mins. Pan Fry: Medium heat 14 mins. All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. All burger products should be cooked thoroughly, until there is no pink meat and the juices run clear. Ensure the product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
