Recipes: Bacon and Egg Naan. Prep time: 5 mins. Cook time: 5 mins. Serves: 2. Once you try a bacon and egg naan it'll become a weekend staple. Inspired by one of Indian restaurant Dishoom's signature dishes, this is our make-at-home version. Super simple and ready in just 10 mins, here is your new favourite brunch. Ingredients: 2 naan breads, plain or garlic and coriander, 6 slices bacon, 2 eggs, 4 tbsp cream cheese, 2 tbsp chilli jam, 1 handful fresh coriander sprigs. Method: Step 1 Set the grill to medium. Cook the naan breads to packet instructions. Step 2 Meanwhile, set a frying pan over a medium high heat and fry the bacon until crisp. Set aside and keep warm on a tray. Step 3 Fry the eggs in the same pan until the whites are set and edges are beginning to crisp. Step 4 Remove the naans from the oven. Spread each with 2 tbsp cream cheese and drizzle over the chilli jam. Top each with 3 slices crispy bacon, a fried egg and a few sprigs of coriander. Step 5 Fold in half and serve with extra chilli jam on the side.
