This tangy balsamic vinegar is matured in wooden barrels for richness, making it perfect for adding depth and flavour to your favourite dishes. Drizzle over salads, roasted vegetables, or use as a marinade for meat or fish. Its sweet and sour flavour also makes it a great addition to desserts, such as strawberries or vanilla ice cream.

Mix with olive oil and use as a dip for crusty bread or as a dressing for bruschetta.
We use plastic bottles for our Ocado Own Range vinegar because they are made out of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) which is widely recyclable, including the cap. Make sure you leave the cap on when recycling. Our bottles contain a minimum of 51% recycled content, which helps to use less, new plastic. Plastic is strong which helps the bottle to travel safely without damage, and it's light weight also makes it more efficient on its journey to your front door.
