Ocado British Pork Belly Slices, Rindless and Boneless. Our Red Tractor certified British pork belly slices are known for their rich and savoury flavour, which comes from the generous amount of fat that runs through the cut. It has a more intense pork flavour compared to leaner cuts like pork loin, and can be seasoned in many ways: While delicious on its own, it pairs perfectly with honey and garlic, maple and Dijon and pineapple and ginger. Hoisin, teriyaki, BBQ and herbs like rosemary, thyme and sage all compliment pork's natural flavour.
When cooked low and slow, the fat in pork belly renders down and contributes to the juiciness of the meat, making it incredibly tender and almost melt-in-your-mouth. Roast, braise or smoked pork for maximum flavour and serve it with your favourite veg.

Storage: Keep refrigerated 0 to +5ºC. Do not exceed the Use By date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted and consume within 1 day.
Cooking guidelines: Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods. For best results, grill. Grill: Medium heat 15-20 mins. Preheat grill. Place slices on a grill pan. Grill under a medium heat for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally. Oven: 180ºC / Fan 160ºC / Gas 4 25-30 mins. Preheat oven. Place slices on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 25-30 minutes, turning half way through cooking time. All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. Ensure the product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
