Our Red Tractor-certified British pork fillet is a tender and succulent cut of meat. As one of the leanest cuts of pork, it has very little fat marbling. Because of this, it has a more mild and subtle flavour compared to other cuts of pork, but it readily absorbs the delicious flavours of marinades, rubs and sauces.
Pork fillet is incredibly versatile and ideal for roasting whole, slicing into medallions or butterflying. Due to its leanness, pork fillet can easily become dry if overcooked, so take care with your time and temperature to ensure it stays beautifully moist.

Keep refrigerated 0 to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted and consume within 1 day.
Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods. For pan frying: slice pork into 15mm thick medallions. Heat 5ml of oil in a pan over a medium heat. Lightly season pork and fry until cooked, turning occasionally. All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. Ensure the product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
