Storage: Keep refrigerated 0 to +4°C. Once opened, consume within 1 day and do not exceed the Use By date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown. Defrost in a refrigerator thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted and consume within 1 day.
Cooking guidelines: Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw poultry. Keep raw poultry separate from cooked foods. There may be a slight odour on opening, which will quickly disappear. This is normal and does not affect the quality or flavour of the chicken. Oven: 190ºC / Fan 170ºC / Gas 5 for 30 minutes. Preheat a frying pan, Brush chicken with oil, season and place in the pan. Cook for 5 minutes on a high heat, turn halfway. Place chicken on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven for 25 minutes. Cook to the recommended time. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. All chicken products should be cooked thoroughly, until there is no pink meat and the juices run clear. Ensure the product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat. Suitable for cooking in an air fryer however, as all fryers work slightly differently, please refer to your specific manufacturer's recommendations for cooking method, times and temperatures.
