Cooking guidelines: Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw poultry. Keep raw poultry separate from cooked foods. Pan Fry: Medium heat 8-10 mins. Fry in 1 tbsp (15ml) of oil in a pre-heated pan over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes. All appliances vary. These are guidelines only.
