xOcado Grapeseed Oil.
Oils are sensitive to temperature changes and may appear cloudy when cold, however, this doesn't affect the taste. Their transparency will return naturally once the storage temperature is warmer.
Grapeseed oil has a very mild, almost undetectable flavour which makes it a good choice for cooking when you don't want the oil to influence the taste of the dish. Its high smoke point makes it ideal for stir-frying, deep-frying, searing, and other high-heat cooking methods where you need an oil that can withstand high temperatures without burning.
It also doesn't leave a lingering aftertaste, which makes it a good choice for salad dressings and marinades as it allows the flavours of the other ingredients to shine through. Grapeseed oil can be used in baking, although its neutral flavour might not be ideal for all baked goods. It's a good choice for making homemade mayonnaise, as it emulsifies well and doesn't have a strong overarching flavour. Use it to roast or sauté vegetables and cook fish or chicken.
