Serve it alongside punchy flavours such as garlic, chilli and pesto in dishes such as traybakes and tacos, fish pie or fish cakes.
What the MSC logo means for you. Many of the cod fisheries of the North East Atlantic have been Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certified for over a decade. Thanks to well-established management and strong cooperation between fishing authorities and scientists, cod stocks in this region have remained healthy.
Cod are usually found at depths less than 200m and typically caught with demersal trawls or longlines in the temperate waters of the North East Atlantic. Regulations that apply to all North East Atlantic cod fisheries include minimum catch size, minimum mesh sizes and the mandatory use of sorting grid in trawl fisheries to enable undersized fish to escape.

This product was previously frozen and has been restored to chill temperature under carefully controlled conditions. It is still suitable for home freezing. Freeze on or before the Use By date. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and consume on day of defrosting. Do not refreeze.
Cooking guidelines: Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish. Keep raw fish separate from cooked foods. Oven: 180ºC / Fan 160ºC / Gas 4. 20-25 mins. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven. Pan Fry: 10-15 mins. Fry in a little oil over a medium heat, turning occasionally. All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. Ensure the product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
