Cooking guidelines: Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods. Pan Fry: Medium heat 10-12 mins. Oven: 200ºC / Fan 180ºC / Gas 6 16-20 mins. All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. All mince products should be cooked thoroughly until there is no pink meat and the juices run clear.
