Grill or pan fry as usual and then finish off on the BBQ for 1-2 minutes each side. These moist, juicy burgers are full of flavour and pair well with fresh mixed salads, corn on the cob and roasted sweet potatoes.

Grill: Medium heat 16-18 mins Preheat grill to high. Reduce heat to medium. Turn frequently. Rest for 1 minute before serving. Pan fry: Medium heat 12-14 mins Heat 1 dessertspoon (10ml) of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Turn frequently. All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. All mince products should be cooked thoroughly until there is no pink meat and the juices run clear. Ensure the product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
