Our organic beef steak mince is ground from selected cuts of organic beef and then carefully blended to create a mince that is juicy and full of flavour. It's perfect for pressing into homemade burgers and meatballs, simmering away in a cosy cottage pie or as the base of your spaghetti Bolognese or chilli con carne.
Our Ocado organic beef is organically farmed and raised exclusively on Ireland's pasture-based system. Cooking guidelines: Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods. Pan Fry: Medium/high heat 9-10 mins. Pan fry in a little oil over a medium/high heat. All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. All mince products should be cooked thoroughly, until there is no pink meat and the juices run clear.
