Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
Cooking guidelines: Boil: 15-20 mins. Wash before use. Combine 30g of lentils with 90ml of water. Bring to the boil for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5-10 minutes until the lentils have softened. Remove from the heat and drain any excess water. All appliances vary. These are guidelines only.
