Cooking guidelines: Wash hands, surfaces and utensils after touching raw poultry. Keep raw poultry separate from cooked foods. Caution: Do not remove the chicken from the bag, cook in the bag. Take care when opening the bag as steam in the bag will be released. The bag will contain hot cooking juices. If cooking in a gas oven, ensure bag is not close to oven flame. Oven: 200ºC / Fan 180ºC / Gas 6, 1hr 45 mins - 1 hr 50 mins. 1. Preheat oven. Do not remove or pierce packaging. 2. Place the chicken in its bag on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. 3. With 45 minutes left to cook, remove from the oven and cut bag along dotted lines. 4. Return to the oven for the remainder of the cook time. 5. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before carving.
