Cooking guidelines: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish. Keep raw fish separate from cooked foods. Oven: 190ºC / Fan 170ºC / Gas 5. 35-36 mins. Loosely wrap in lightly oiled foil to form a parcel. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven. Caution: Take care when opening parcel as steam may escape. All appliances vary.
