We source different varieties throughout the year to give you the best eating quality. Depending on variety, the skin will vary from dark purple/brown/black to medium/dark green, and from knobbly to smooth.
Did you know? These avocados are ripened through a soft ripe chamber. Soft ripe mimics conditions as though the fruit is still attached to its mother's tree, allowing it to be unstressed and keeping more moisture within the fruit. This makes the fruit feel firmer, and appear greener from the outside, but it's perfectly ripe inside.
These ripe and ready avocados have an exquisitely rich, buttery-smooth flesh with a creamy texture that melts in your mouth. They have a mildly nutty flavour (similar to almonds or cashews), a hint of sweetness and earthy undertones.

Preparation and Usage
Wash before use. Cut all the way around the avocado stone. Twist the 2 halves apart. Use a spoon to scoop out the stone. Score along the skin and peel off in strips. Delicious served sliced in a salad or as the perfect accompaniment to a weekend brunch.
