Remove all packaging, place on a baking tray on the middle shelf for 14 minutes. Microwave: 750W - 4 mins 10 secs / 850W - 3 mins 40 secs Remove from all packaging and place on a microwaveable plate. Cover with microwaveable film and pierce several times. Heat on full power for 750W 4 minutes, 10 seconds / 850W 3 minutes 40 seconds. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Caution: Beware of escaping steam when removing film. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. This product contains bones.
