Keep refrigerated 0 to +5°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours of opening. Do not exceed the Use By date shown.
Microwave: 900W - 2 minutes / 800W - 3 minutes. Pierce bag in 2 places. Place onto a microwavable plate and cook on full power. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Take care when opening the bag as hot steam will escape.
Hob: 2-3 minutes. Remove all packaging and place in a pan with a little water. Cover and cook. Drain and press out excess water.
Steam - 3-4 minutes. Remove all packaging and place into steamer. Cover and steam.
Stir Fry - 2-3 minutes. Remove all packaging. Place into a pre-heated wok on a medium/high heat. Stir-fry until the spinach has wilted. Stirring frequently.
