Ocado Whole Leg of Lamb, Bone In. Each 1kg of raw lamb will provide around 5 servings of 120g lamb roasted, then trimmed of fat.
Ready for roasting, this lamb joint offers a tender and richly flavoured roast. This succulent whole leg of lamb is perfect for a Sunday roast or special occasion. When cooked to perfection, the meat is succulent, tender and juicy. Roast with garlic and rosemary for a classic flavour combination and serve with roasted vegetables and a rich gravy for a delicious meal.

The colour of the meat will gradually return on opening and there may be a slight odour which will quickly disappear. This is normal and does not affect the eating quality.

Keep refrigerated 0 to +5ºC. Once opened, use immediately. Do not exceed the Use By date.
Suitable for freezing. Freeze on or before Use By date and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and consume on day of defrosting. Do not refreeze.
Remove all packaging. Wash hands, surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods.
Oven: 190ºC / Fan 170ºC / Gas 5 Medium: 6 minutes per 100g Well done: 8 minutes per 100g 1. Place joint in a roasting tin. 2. Loosely cover with foil, then roast in centre of preheated oven. 3. During cooking baste occasionally with cooking juices. 4. Remove the foil for the last 20 mins of cooking time.
