Storage: Store in cool dark place. Wash before use.
Cooking guidelines: Oven: 220ºC / Fan 200ºC / Gas 7. Bake at 180ºC for one hour or until soft in centre. Roast on top shelf of oven for 45-50 minutes until golden and crispy.
