Storage: Cannot be Microwaved. Keep in a cupboard. Once opened, can be kept in the fridge for up to 48 hours. Can be frozen.
Preparation and Usage: Squeeze into a bowl or straight onto a spoon. To warm, stand in hot water and check not too hot. Never put the pouch in the microwave.
