Brush at least twice a day, morning and evening, with a pea sized amount of toothpaste and be sure to brush for at least 2 minutes as dentists advise. Replace your toothbrush at least every 3 months.
Remove the bristles from the toothbrush and put in your general waste. The bamboo handle can go in your recycling, however, you can also put it in your compost. If you can reuse your used toothbrush after 3 months as a tap cleaner, between tiles cleaner, in the garden to hold up small saplings or even in children's art projects please to reuse them to reduce your waste.
