The fruit is selectively machine picked, with the juice fermented in older French oak barriques and hogsheads, and approximately 20% in stainless steel.
Malo-lactic fermentation was induced in both barrel and tank.
The finished wine spends 10 months total in barrel before blending and bottling.

Tasting notes: Beautiful straw colour, this Chardonnay is bursting with nectarines, yellow peach, grapefruit with a hint of hazelnut and flint. Beautifully integrated oak, the majority of which is second use, offers a slight spice and a fuller body.
