The majority of the fruit for this wine was sourced from the forty-year-old vines on Natalé vineyard in Blewitt Springs, with a small portion from the fifty-year-old Conti vineyard in McLaren Flat. Both vineyards are wonderful old dry bush grown vines which we've worked with for the last five years. The juice undergoes fermentation in open fermenters with just six-month-old oak maturation. It's unashamedly light, bright and aromatic and this vintage particularly the finesse of Blewitt Springs really shines through.
