Carefully cut from the breast of the chicken, our fillets are lean and tender, with a mild flavour that can be seasoned or marinated to suit your taste. They are perfect for grilling, baking, frying, or sautéing, and can be used in a wide range of dishes such as salads, sandwiches, stir-fries, and casseroles.
Cook from chilled. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Preheat oven: 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas Mark 5. Place the chicken on a roasting tray, season, cover loosely with foil and cook for 25-30 minutes. To check the chicken is cooked, insert a skewer into the thickest part of the portion. If the juices run clear, the chicken is cooked. If they run pink, return to the oven for a further 5 minutes and re-test. Remove from the oven and rest for 15 minutes.
