Brand details: Famille Paquet is a 30-hectare property located in the village of Davayé, in the Mâconnais. First created in 1980 by Jocelyne and Michel Paquet, it is now run by their three sons Jean-Baptiste, Mathieu and Camille. The Paquets take great care of their vineyards, using organic and biodynamic compost and manage each of their 50 plots individually. The property is now fully Certified Organic.

Regional information: Mâconnais is located in the south of the Burgundy wine region, west of the Saône river. The climate here is Mediterranean, with warm temperatures, plenty of sunshine and low rainfall, resulting in well-rounded wines with good concentration.
Tasting notes: Aromas of citrus, stone fruits and white flowers lead to a well-balanced palate with good freshness and minerality. An excellent accompaniment to shellfish.

Winemaker: Camille Paquet. Vinification details: Fermentation took place in temperature-controlled vats for 4-6 weeks. The resulting wine was aged in vats for 6-7 months to preserve freshness. No sulphites were used in production.
