Storage: Keep chilled and consume by the date indicated. Alternatively freeze before use by date. The pasta can be cooked from frozen for 4-5 minutes. The carbonara and pancetta need to be defrosted overnight in the fridge.
How to cook: 1. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Salt the water. 2. Cook the pasta in the boiling water for 1 minute. Stir regularly. 3. Whilst the pasta cooks, add the sauce and pancetta to a frying pan. 4. Add 75 ml of pasta cooking water, stir well and heat until steaming, then turn off the heat. 5. Lift the pasta out of the water and add to the sauce. Toss together. 6. Serve topped with grated cheese.
