Preparation and Usage: Easy bhuna for 4. Fry the diced lamb or aubergines for 5 mins in a little oil until sealed. Add the sauce and simmer for 25 mins until the lamb or vegetables are cooked through. Try adding a handful of green peas whilst simmering the sauce. Use for 4 Servings.
