Product Information: The Paul Mas vineyards are located in the Occitanie region of South of France, and are planted on the hillsides of the best wine-producing valleys of the region. Our Merlot comes from low-yield vineyards; it is then aged in stainless steel tanks and partly in oak barrels. You will enjoy a quintessence of mulberry and plum aromas, evolving towards blackcurrant and cocoa notes. On the palate, the wine is velvety, showing nice liquorice and fruity flavours.
