Tips and Advice: Make sure you watch the videos so you can apply with no trouble. Handling the tape too much can cause it to stick to the fingers so using one hand to press onto the breast is advisable. Use a mirror to ensure you stick the lifts down in the desired place at the collar bone and not too far into the middle of the chest or too far into the arm pit!
