Preparation and Usage: COOKING WITHOUT DEFROSTING. Preheat oven to 180°C (thermostat setting 6). Take the molten chocolate cakes out of their case and remove the plastic sachet. To obtain soft cakes with a molten centre, place them in the oven on the middle shelf in their tub and cook for the indicated time. Conventional oven: 25 mins; fan oven: 20 mins. Take the molten cakes out of their mould, put them on a plate, leave to cool and serve.
