Storage: 24 hours in the fridge in a suitable dish. Keep frozen below -18°C until the date indicated on the packaging. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Cooking guidelines: COOKING WITHOUT DEFROSTING. Oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Remove mini gratins from the packaging and plastic foil. Place the mini gratins on a tray lined with baking paper and place it in the oven on middle shelf. Reheat for the indicated amount of time. Traditional oven: 30 min. Fan oven: 25 min. Handle the mini gratins carefully after reheating, using a pie server. Airfryer: Remove the packaging. Place the products in the basket, spacing them apart, and cook for 20 minutes at 180 °C.
