Storage: 24 hours in the fridge, 3 days in the refrigerator ice compartment, keep frozen below -18°C until the date indicated on the packaging. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Preparation and Usage: Pour the still frozen girasoli into a saucepan filled with boiling salted water. Once the water has come back to the boil, cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the girasoli. Season to taste. For best results, always use one litre of boiling water per 100 g of product.
