Storage: 3 days in the refrigerator ice compartment; keep frozen below -18°C until the date indicated on the packaging; do not refreeze after defrosting.
Preparation and Usage: COOKING WITHOUT DEFROSTING: Frying pan: Melt a knob of butter in a frying pan. Reheat the crêpes for 8 minutes on medium heat, flipping them regularly. They should be a golden brown. Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C (thermostat setting 6). Place the crêpes on a plate lined with baking paper. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and reheat for the indicated amount of time: Conventional oven: 18 min - Fan oven: 15 min. For an even more delicious treat, lightly butter or oil the crêpes before putting them in the oven.
