These MSC-certified scallops deliver Southern flair and are delicately seasoned with dried tomatoes, rosemary, garlic and olive oil. Without coral and small-sized, they are ready to cook. To be enjoyed simply pan-fried and served with a salad, rice or steamed vegetables.

Storage: 3 days in the refrigerator ice compartment. Keep frozen below -18°C until the date indicated on packaging. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Preparation and Usage: COOKING WITHOUT DEFROSTING: For a better result, we recommend cooking in a frying pan: Cook for 4min in a hot frying pan, without adding any fat, on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Microwave oven (750W): Cook on a suitable dish without covering: 150g - 3min. 300g - 6min.
